I’ve been training at Gracie Zug for almost a year now and it’s the easiest recommendation for anyone interested in traditional BJJ and Self Defense in Zug. Liliano is an excellent teacher and the atmosphere in the dojo is extremely friendly. Just stop by if you’re interested! 💪🏻

I started to learn BJJ fundamentals when I turned 40! By far, the best decision i took in recent years to improve my health and mind, physically and mentally. Gracie Zug school is built upon trust, equality, motivation, discipline and teamwork. Liliano is a great coach and a mentor, his passion to teach and continuously improve others inspires everyone around him, both on and off the mats. Sometimes, I feel that i should have started to learn BJJ much earlier in life, but hey, if i can continue for the next 40 years, I have no complaints :) Overall, a great BJJ school with an excellent Master running it! Give it a try and you won’t regret it!

Travelling from Liverpool, England we took a class at Gracie Zug yesterday evening. Really welcoming gym, clean and tidy. Lilliano the head coach offered an excellent class, full of great instruction on the fundamentals of JiuJitsu. In this class students were beginners and clearly being well taught. If you are in the area I would certainly recommend a visit, if you live in the area get across to Gracie Zug and begin your JiuJitsu journey in a safe and friendly environment. Könnte mir keinen besseren Kursleiter als Liliano vorstellen. Obendrauf haben die Trainings-Partner zwar verschiedenste Hintergründe und trotzdem herrscht eine harmonische, freundschaftliche Atmosphäre. Probetraining definitiv zu empfehlen!

Der Trainer und die Schüler sind alle respektvoll mit einander und es herrschen gute Manieren. Es macht Spass ins Training zu gehen und wir bekommen für alle Bereiche im Leben hilfreiche Weisheiten die von älteren Generationen an uns weitergegeben werden.

What I love about Gracie Zug is the fact that they manage to convey the physicality and principles of a complex martial art regardless of your motivations, athletic background, gender or walk of life, in a safe and friendly environment. If your goal is to learn self-defence with deep foundations in traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, then Liliano is the man. One can tell immediately he is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about what he teaches.

EIn super Ort, um Jiu Jitsu zu lernen (und zu leben) - egal welche Vorerfahrung, welches Level, welches Alter und Geschlecht. Als Marschall Art begeisterte Person mit null Kampfsport Erfahrung konnte ich durch Gracie Zug erst lernen, was Kampfsport tatsächlich bedeutet.
